It's usually very stressful and very formal. It really depends on what you are interviewing for. Either way though, you need to be professional and well-spoken.
Most likely they will ask your strenghts and weaknesses, why you would be a good hire, etc. Make sure you have a well-proofed resume and coherent cover letter. Also bring at least 3 typed references. Appearance and demeanor mean everything.
Expect the worst. Prepare for the hardest. Smile and do your best.
