Because you don't prevent something you create. Those are two different actions. Christians believe God created thinking people so it stands to reason that He wouldn't try to stop us from being born. Were you truly seeking an answer or looking for an opportunity to mock what Christians believe?

In the Bible (book of Isaiah) we read where God invites us: "Come now, saith the Lord, and let us reason together ..."
