Get a drawing salve,and calamine lotion hydrocortizone should help with itching

If it's a reaction to poison oak, you will not get rid of it...but you can ease your itching. If over-the-counter hydrocortisone doen't do the trick, you could also try a Benadryl gel. It's a good antihistamine. Oral benadryl could also help, especially at night for sleeping.

If it's real bad and keeping you from sleeping or doing your everyday thing, see a doctor. They'll probably give you some prednisone creams/pills/injection. No matter what you do, it will go away soon. Good luck.

bleach bath,or doomsburle.The spelling isn't correct on the dooms,but,if you ask at a drugstore they'll know what you are talking about.Don't buy a whole box it's expensive.most places will sell you a couple individiual packs.It stink's but really works mix per instructions and place it across you chest with a rag soaked in it.

find a swimming pool. If you spend a few hours in a pool, it will help dry it out. Calamine lotion also helps and well a acortizone cream. DON'T SCRATCH IT!
