That is a loaded question. So what type of breeder are you talking about?
Some breeders take excellent care of their dogs then yes
A puppy mill owner - Not in a million years
Shelter - Not if I got a time limit before I am killed
A no kill shelter - You bet I'll go stay.

If I was a dog I would rather be with a breeder. Most breeders take excellent care of their puppies. Since I am a human I only get dogs from the animal shelters. There is a special kind of bond that comes from these grateful animals.
