I myself at one time weighed 220lbs. Now I weight 155lbs. And it wasn't an easy task. I tried that at one point and it was helpful. It just became a process and I grew tired of doing it. I also drank alot of water instead of eating. When I did get hungry I filled up on ice and water, believe it or not. Drinking water and eating ice and regular exercise is what helped me...

No. It's just water weight that you lose, not fat because you're sweating from the wrap. Just like runing with a plastic trash bag. It doesn't work in the long run

I'm not really sure, but I wouldn't wrap it around you while exercising, it's just not smart. A friend of mine who used to be a model told me that when she had a show, the night before she would wrap her legs and stomach in saran wrap. Please be careful though, messing with the plastic wrap can be medically dangerous.

Your burning water weight. The fat is still there. Once you drink water again or eat you may gain the weight back. Do longer cardio sessions like 45min on a treadmill without holding on to the sides. It causes you to work harder.

Reduce ones stress. Your stress hormone cortisol could be activated by extremely low-calorie diet plans, intense training, lack of sleeping and day-to-day worries, which brings about a spike in glucose levels as part of your blood. More worryingly, it can help with blocked arteries and fat increase around your internal organs, putting you prone to diabetes and heart disease. The only prescription for this is to… chill out.

This is a temp fix , it's based on sweating out excess fluid. Think of a cast for a broken bone.

You are burning water fat. But even that helps. Keep on exercising. You can do it.

Wear comfy shoes in order to take meetings for a walk as an alternative to sitting at a desk.

Always start your meal that has a salad. It'll fill you in place, making you eat less with the actual meal, and it's means fewer calories than typical deep-fried or perhaps cheesy apps.
