Could mean stress is causing the delay, or unbalanced hormones could be the culprit as well. If it goes more than 2 months, I'd see the doc about it to get hormones checked. I have PCOS and it causes missed periods, but with treatment I'm regular.

Many things can cause a woman to be late for her period. Stress is a good example. Pregnancy is another. Have her take a pregnancy test to rule one of the two out and put your mind at ease.

That she is late. It could either be due to stress in her life or that she dtd around her ovulation time and a sperm got in! hehe! So she might be pregnant. If she is a week overdue then she might want to have a pregnancy test. If the test is negative then she might want to go in to her doctor. There can be different reasons why she is not having her period.

The best thing to do would be go to the doctor and find out what is going on. Home pregnancy test aren't always accurate. My sister took four of them saying she wasn't pregnant and she was. I would get it checked out because if its not pregnancy than there could be something wrong.

It could be stress, possible pregnancy (even though the test was negative, the doctor has the last say), the birth control that she is taking, or just one of those late spells.

stress can be afactor also but to be on the safe side before u rule out pregnancy all together I would suggest that she go to the docs and get a pregnancy test they can even give a blood serum test and find out that way. better to be safe than sorry.

She still may be pregnant! Maybe the test was taken at the wrong time of the day. They should be taken in the morning; the first morning urine is optimal! She needs to go to the doctor, so they can figure out what is going on! Good luck!!!

Her body might not be producing enough hormones for a pregnancy test. She might have miscalculated her period.
Or more than likely her body is skipping her period for whatever reason it decided to. Perfectly normal.
Just remember, sex is for making babies. If you dont want babies dont make them. Then you wont have to wonder why someones not having a period.

It could be stress or nerves. Id she is not suffering from these, she needs to see a doctor and get some blood work done to find the cause.
