Price: for the people alone:

Food: Consider $20/person to be the average so that's $5000 right there

Drink: If you stay with tea and water, $0

Location: Something that big will require at LEAST $2000. Look for places that have chairs, tables, etc. so you don't have to rent them.

Time: Average, maybe a year.

You may REALLY want to consider cutting the list down. You'll be paying over $10K easily.

For that many people you'll want to exclude favors, make your own invites, etc.

I planned a wedding in 6 months for 425 people. The cost is right around $10,000, however I made my own flowers and cut corners as much as I could! Good luck!

90 day minimum. Depends on the banquet hall . Do shop around
because there is a great deal of price spread per guest depending on menu choice. $25 to $40 per guest is about average in NJ .

We are doing a wedding for 150 people for $5,000, so I would say a minimum of $7,500 and up to $15,000 for a great party.

I would say 6 months to plan minimum so you can get the best deals.

Good Luck!

6 months to a year if you want it done right. Some cake decorators require at least 6 months..because they have all dates set for all those months! Plus your dress takes a minimum of 2 months to be fitted properly.

10k is a decent, but not extravagant tag for 300 people.

I just got married, and went cheap on EVERYTHING. I even had a cold supper, (meat and buns, and salads). I only had 100 guests and it still cost me about $8000 once I added everything up! It is expensive. Your stamps alone will be about $100 just for invites, not including thank yous!!!
