If you are talking about cost, there is really no average, it depends on what you want. The bigger and fancier the wedding, the bigger and more outragious the cost. Keep it simple and small and it is way more affordable, afterall it is not the wedding that matters, it is the marriage that is important. If you keep it simple and small you could spend a few thousand dollars. If you make it big and fancy, you are looking at enough money to buy a car or 2 or 3 or more, depending on how much you spend.

I'm getting married in a little less than a year and I'm hoping to keep costs between 8000 and 10,000... although I have talked to a lot of people that have paid for weddings... the average I've noticed is between 12,000 and 28,000...
but like others have said, it really depends on what you want, and if you're willing to do some of the work yourself. The best way to keep down the cost of a wedding is to limit the number of people you're going to invite.

Anywhere from $1000 to $5000! Some do go higher! You can do a budget wedding which can maybe cost you around $800.

Average age-I would say 25 to 29yrs. old.
I'm not really sure what average are you asking but this is what I can think of when you say average.
