I don't hire any high school drop outs. I don't even hire home schooled kids. Why? Because they lack the social ability to tough it out in a crowd. When business gets tough, I need tougher people to do business. I don't look at extra cirricular activites...no matter what anyone says, it means d!ck in the real world if you were a quaterback or a cheerleader. It means more to me that you toughed it out...I often see 5 and 6 year high school diploma people working because they toughed it out.

I know you have a bunch of people telling you "Don't drop out of school, don't drop out of school"...

and I'm not completely sure the reasons why you want to do this..

and I know high school is hard, besides school work you have daily social issues with everyone..

I actually was "pushed out" in high school and had to deal with the consecuences every day. (re: my sexuality).

but I can't stress the importance of staying in high school enough.. Dropping out of high school isn't worth it in the end. Both of my parents were high school drop-outs (because they got prego with me)... and although they are wonderful people, my mom is working as a cook, making minimum wage and my father is working at the local saw mill.

There are other means in obtaining your high school diploma... See if your area has an alternative education or tutoring program at the least..

Dropping out of high school will be the biggest mistake ever... But during graduation, you will feel like you're on top of the world and will have such a feeling of accomplishment, it will be astonishing. If you ever need someone to talk to, feel free to send me an email any time. I wish you the best of luck!
