I'll answer first...i suppose it's a lot of things including but not limited to, 1) Not getting sick 2) eating a balanced diet 3)getting some excercise or other physical activity....I gues you could also include religion, keeping your brain active, stuff like that.

Health to me is your physical and mental well-being. You must take good care of yourself in both ways to be "healthy."
