In your experience, do you find that you get turned on faster by being kissed on the neck or or by being kissed on the lips?

neck.
a kiss on the lips can be a "hi honey" kiss... it can be misconstrued and can mean many different things. and unless a girl gets her hands in the process, a guy can be oblivious to those kinds off meanings.
a kiss on the neck will normally tell a guy "i want attention... *your* attention". kissing the neck/nibbling on the ears can get someone turned on because it's unexpected... and because it's usually only done when someone is in the mood. i'm no exception, when a gal starts kissing me on the neck, that is always a turn on.

Honey, it's all good. I like all of it. But you can turn my on faster by kissing me on the lips and doing some tongue action. French, that gets the woodie started. But the neck works well, too. But don't stop there..........

This is obviously an individual thing, but I'd have to say the neck.
