1. look at his time at pound for pound. I would say good place in lower 15 greats behind Holyfield, Jones, Hearns and Leonard. 2. Not necessarily it increases speed to a point but in the long run later on decreases and is vicious cycle with having to keep fit in my experience. Actually it messes with flexibility and growth. Also it can diminish punching stamina and afffect technique and weight. 3. It is good but not the best though as it is more taxing and lots more running is required but it has less negative side- effects, and some positve ones. 4. Look at the champs and their competition very likely in this era except with a unified title no boxing body wants that. 5. that is kind of the best thing for the lower part of the six pack the hard to deal with areas. The best for the top is many sit-ups and press-ups and different varieties of them combined with running to flatten and keep stomach flat.

1) unknown
2) no
3) yes but there is a fat burning diet that only lasts 7 days: http://www.worldprayercenter.org/prefastdiet.htm

I've done the diet before and lost 10 pounds in 7 days and kept losing after i did the diet. I couldn't down junkfood hardly after at all after the diet. The diet is really tough to endure for the 7 days. I don't recommend the diet more than twice a year. It is really freakin tough.

4) anything's possible
5) also, sit on the edge of a bench, place your feet under something, lean back, and do sit ups. Your butt may have to hang off the side of the bench. This will really speed things up.
