If you believe the Bible, eventually Judas made it to heaven. Matthew 19:28 (King James Version) states:
" And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel." Jesus was speaking to all 12 disciples including Judas.

That's a hard one. Yes Judas betrayed Jesus but Jesus knew it before hand. Someone had to betray Jesus for him to be crucified. It was however Judas decision to betray Jesus. Jesus told Judas to go do what you must do. The bible never said that an angel came down and told Judas to do this. therefore it was free will. I am not sure that betraying Jesus was evil in itself. He was remorseful. He also committed suicide. I believe he committed suicide because he could not live with what he had done. Not because some demon made him do it. Well ok to answer your question. I don't know. I'm glad I'm not God. He is the only one that can make those tough decisions.

That's a very good question. I personally think, from what the Bible says, that after Judas betrayed Jesus, he realized what a stupid, horrible thing he had done, and didn't consider his life worth living anymore. He most likely blamed himself for the death of Jesus, even though it was God's will to happen that way.
As for where he is now, I wouldn't know that for sure unless I could have talked to him before he died. Since noone did that, and it's not recorded in the Bible, no one knows except God where he is.
Very good question. I've never thought about that before.

I think the answer is never going to be revealed. It is something that Judas and God had to decide.I believe that IF Judas was repentant before God AND asked for forgiveness, then he got it.
I know that some people think that suicide automatically sends you to hell, but I don't think that. I believe you have a face to face in the here after and then you make your choice.

We really don't know, as it is Jesus Christ who has been given that judgment. We can infer that he probably went to hell, as Peter states to the assembled disciples, "...to serve in this office of apostle, from which Judas fell away to go to his own place." (Acts 1:25) Plus, Jesus called Judas a "devil." (John 6:70)
And indeed, Judas hung himself. Matthew 27:5 is clear; the Greek used for the word "hanged" is Strong's Ref. #519, "apagchomai" (Pronounced ap-ang'-khom-ahee) and is akin to the base of Strong's Ref. #0043; to strangle oneself off (i.e. to death).
We have two contrasts. Peter denied Jesus and repented. Judas betrayed Jesus and did not.

If Judas believed in Christ as God who came to earth to live as a man and die for the sins of the world then he will be in heaven.
Judas sinned. His sin of betrayal is no worse than any other sin. If he goes to hell he will not be there because he betrayed Christ...he'll be there because he didn't believe in Christ.

My pastor husband said this, Peter and Judas both betrayed Christ, one betrayal was no worse than the other, but Judas hung himself because he did NOT BELIEVE that he could be forgiven. Peter believed tht he could be forgiven, and was.
So, he had no faith in Christ's forgiveness - he is in Hell.

Judas did not repent- he did show remorse but failed to ask forgiveness. His fate is lake of FIRE.
Jesus Called Judas “a Devil”
From the very beginning, Jesus referred to Judas as “a devil” (John 6:70-71). Jesus warned His disciples Judas was not loyal, he was not to be trusted, and he would actively work against Christ. Jesus chose Judas to be His disciple because He knew Judas would later choose to betray Him.
Judas Was a Thief
Remember when Mary brought that expensive perfume (John 12:1-8), and poured it on Jesus’ feet and wiped His feet with her hair? That was just a week before Judas betrayed Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane. The Scripture says Mary knew that Jesus was going to be murdered – and Jesus tells us that she had saved this perfume for His burial (John 12:7). But Mary was so grateful that Jesus had raised her brother, Lazarus, from the dead a few days earlier, that she poured that expensive perfume on Jesus’ feet during a banquet.
Judas had something to say about Mary’s extravagance. Judas said: "Why wasn't this perfume sold and the money given to the poor? It was worth a year's wages" (John 12:5). Does that sound like Judas was a kind, caring, benevolent man? If so, then was Jesus wrong to call Judas a “devil”? Not hardly! Read verse 6
(Judas) “did not say this because he cared about the poor but because he was a thief; as keeper of the money bag, he used to help himself to what was put into it!” You see, this thief (who carried the money bag for disciples) Judas knew an expensive perfume when he smelled it! – And he knew exactly what that perfume cost when he smelled it: a year’s wages – approx twenty-five thousand dollars in today’s money.
Notice the difference between Mary and Judas: Mary was gratefully thinking about Jesus, while Judas was thinking about himself. In this last week of Jesus’ life, where was Judas’ focus? It was on the money, because he is a thief! He’s helping himself to the money that people give to Jesus and he’s angry that he couldn’t get his hands on the money that perfume represented. Do you see how Judas put himself before the people, before the disciples, before Jesus Christ! No wonder Jesus called him “a devil.”
Judas Sold Jesus for “Thirty Pieces of Silver”
Did you know the day Mary poured that perfume on Jesus, Judas made arrangements to betray Jesus? Judas conspired with the priests to send their Messiah to the cross to be murdered. Judas received the thirty pieces of silver the day Mary poured that perfume on Jesus’ feet (Matthew 26:9-16). And the Scripture says: “From then on Judas watched for an opportunity to hand Him over.” Think about that! The whole last week of Jesus’ life, Judas was tracking Jesus, watching His every move, plotting how he could maneuver Jesus into a place where the priests could arrest Him! – No wonder Jesus called Judas “a devil.”
Why was Jesus betrayed for “thirty pieces of silver”? It wasn’t a whole lot of money, just about a month’s wages. (approx $2,000
dollars todays monthly income)
Think about that: Judas sold Jesus out – handed Him over to murderers for 30 pieces of silver. That’s the amount paid for a slave back in those days. And that’s what Judas thought of Jesus: “He’s just some guy that I can sell for thirty pieces of silver!” Now you understand why Jesus called him “a devil” the very first time He met Judas.

Yes, depending upon whom you ask, he went to his own place preapared for him. Take that to mean whatever you want - speculation abounds. Judas did go to hell, his remorse was not truly genuine, but he chose to forsake Christ and sell him to the chief priests for a pultry price of a slave. Whatever his motives were they were not pure at all.

Very good question as we cannot possibly have the answer to. But, if he repented he could be in heaven...but suicide is a sin, too. So, who would know?
