There's what looks like a wet pebble on his lower eyelid, at first I though it was just sleep goo, but this is the second full day seeing it and I can't get it out...

If it's important, he's a 9-month old Pit Bull...

My advice is always to take your pet to the vet.

My black lab has cancer, it started of as a small bump on her foot. It did not get very big and it didi not seem to hurt her when she walked and played. It was about the size of a regular wart. I took her to the vet and he scheduled surgery as soon as he saw it. It was cancerous, and now she has to go back monthl for blood test to make sure it did not metasticize.

GOOD LUCK!

You need to get him to the vet, he may have an eye infection that can be cleared easily, however if you let it go it could turn into something terribly worse. There is a solution sold at most drug stores to wash out eyes that is very safe a saline eye wash or boric acid eye wash. Good luck

Don't know but def take him to the vet. It sounds more like a sist than a tumor though, but get it checked so you don't take any chances with his vision.

Could be a condition called Cherry Eye. Or he could have a foreign object in there and it is festering. You should have it looked at by a vet.
