How much would a 400sf addition over garage be in Seattle?

I have been thinking about adding a master bed/bath/closet over my garage (approx. 400sf). It needs to be fitted to hold floors of course as I have just rafters there now. Does anyone know the average price per square feet for an addition like this in Seattlle?

Quality job about 20 dollars per square, look hard at the code requirements,good luck

LMAO@ $20 per square foot in Seattle....closer to $50 per sq ft. to finish an attic with a bathroom....closer to $100 per sq ft if the roof needs to be raised.
