CALM DOWN. You are just in grade 11. I am in grade 12 and even I am not sure about myself. I wanna go for engineering but I am not holding it too tight to let sand slip from my hands. Keep your options open. Take subjects that are going to help you in future, for example I wanna go for engineering and for that I don't need to take psychology but I am still taking it so that it I ever want to change my mind I can go for it in university. Take career test on carreercruising.com. Find out what you like. Try little bit of everything and get informed by asking people who are doing jobs and ask them things like advantages and disadvantages of their job.

You have no interests or talents?!? Everyone has some talents. You may not have found yours yet.
What do you like to do? Read? What subjects? Build things? Work on cars? Program computers? What?
If you go to college, take a wide variety of subjects your first year, and you may find something that really turns you on. Liberal arts or sciences may be best.
Don't write off trade school. There are plenty of good skilled trades, and a shortage of many. Check your local community college.
As for now, concentrate on doing the best you can in your school work. Talk to career advisors at your school. Ask around, and you will find one. There are PLENTY of careers and jobs in this world, and if you look you will find your place in this world. Do what you love, and the money will follow. So, find what you LOVE, and do that!

I would not recommend English or related subjects if you want to go to college. On a more serious note, success does not necessarily equate to "going to college". There are other institutions that teach skills that will provide you with your other goals - a job, save money and move out of your dad's home. I strongly recommend a visit to a career's advisor. You will be assessed on your skills. Everyone has some interests and talents in some areas. Once you find them and do well, you will have a more positive image of yourself. This feeds on itself and before you know it, you are a success. Good Luck. I know you can do it!!!!

If you wish to go to collage, I would suggest that you first get a dictionary and look up the words collage and college.
Part of the reason for advanced schooling is to acquaint you with fields of endeavor with which you are unacquainted.
For the first two years, you will be fulfilling basic requirements, which will give you an additional two years to decide on a major.
In addition, you can always switch majors, but you may have to go to school for an additional year.

Um, you HAVE to have some interests. What do you do all day?
If it's listening to music, take a major in business, and then try to do something with your knowledge of music.
If it's reading, take a major in English/Literature, and then find a job where you can help people using that information.
Or, simply, take a class that will allow you to do stuff that doesn't require much interest. Perhaps Business/Secretarial/Clerical Work? What about coordinating and directing stuff? Are you a leader? Follower?
Sit down and THINK about this!

My first advice to you would be to spend your money wisely on things you need instead of things you want.
Second, I would suggest that you get an after-school job and get an early start.
Third, do everything you can to avoid getting your girlfriend pregnant- that will end your money dreams pretty damned quick and probably ruin any ideas you had about college.

Take a career test and see what jobs might match up with your interest and talents. Keep in mind that no job is perfect, but you can get a close fit if you try.

Take a year off, it'll help you get things in perspective and prepare a little, plus get you closer to deciding a major. If you go in because you have to, your success rate will be much lower than if you have a goal to shoot for.

It's completely normal for people to have an undeclared major their first year or two in college. Eventually, you will start to lean toward the things that interest you most.
