You ask much! I began using barbells at age 15. Three years later, I was 60 lbs. heavier. You cannot expect to grow bigger in a few weeks if you've never exercised before. You must work up to it. When you've followed a beginner's routine long enough, you can try some Bulking Routines. I've gained 15 to 30 lbs. in a month once I was prepared. Wait until you gain some mass before you worry about a 6-pack. Buy some barbell magazines and learn the basics from them. "Flex", "Ironman", "MuscleMag" and "Planet Muscle" are titles you'll see at newsstands. If you are too impatient, you'd just as well forget it. Many people do. Diet, rest and exercise are the keys to any fitness goal. I cannot show you a full routine here, so buy the mags listed and look in library books.

properly you do no longer even could pass there. If I take my palms and shoot them suitable right into a large, muscular guy's eyeball, what do you think of will ensue to him? So the respond is sure, you will possibly be large and all yet nonetheless be susceptible anatomically. in case you want to chat approximately muscular tissues, sure coaching for huge muscular tissues would not inevitably equate to overall performance muscle. One is for elegance applications and is accomplished via heavy bursts of weight workout and the different is for persistence, flexibility and potential. Longer, leaner muscular tissues with stable ligaments and tendons are frequently extra versatile for martial arts by way of fact there's a much broader selection of action. coaching with decrease weights and extreme reps regularly facilitates accomplish that.

If you want a 6-pack, do situps and planks (get in the situp position but hold yourself with forearms instead of hands). As far as arms, lift wieghts and do pushups and pullups. For neck muscles, do the head-rotation-thing.

Do pushups, "regular" at shoulder width, 'Diamond" Put your hands together on the floor with yor forefingers and thumbs touching eachother, and "wide" put yor hands outward from your shoulders.

Neck? Do SHRUGS. Hold a weight that is 50% more than what you can curl. Then shrug.

lol chocolate? i dont think so lol... look into high protein diets and make sure your getting plenty of vitamins and minerals. six packs are easy to get. you just have to do core excersizes like sit ups and push ups. once you get your core in line everything else will begin to fall into place. in order to get faster practice different drills like square drills and some of the things they do at football practice. after lots of practice your muscle memory will have caused you to improve greatly
