NOOO! Especially if they just broke up. Give it some time- scratch that- a lot of time. Preferably wait until your friend has a new boyfriend, or starts talking about going out with other guys. Then ask her permission. I know it sounds corny, but you could lose a friendship if she is not okay with you dating her ex. Boys will come and go but friends are forever. I am sure you will make a smart decision- good luck!

NO because he is on the rebound and will deal with the first girl women well female that shows him effection. Then after awhile it won't matter. Because he will come to his senses. Just be his friend for right now. Well better yet be a ear to listen. A shoulder to rest his head on. And just a friend. But no sex. There will be no future for you. Unless that's what you want. Guys normally marry the girl that feel comfortable around.

Absolutely NOT. You will probably ruin your friendship with your friend. It's seems as if you had your eye on this guy for a while. I say "friends before men". Get over your crush on this guy and develop a stronger friendship with your friend. Besides, why would you want to be her ex-boyfriend's "sloppy seconds". You are just putting out the message that you have low self-esteem and are willing to screw your friend over for him. He will take advantage of you knowing this, trust me.

I think if you like the guy that much, you should go for it. Believe it or not, you friend does not own the guy. Don't go out with the guy to be spiteful or make anyone jealous. Go with the guy because you like him and he likes you. If your friend is really your friend, she will understand that you like this guy. However, you could jeapordize your friendship with a great person. Remember who is always there for you, the guy or you friend.

Nope,u should never do that cause u will just be a suckup who used 2 talk 2 her because u liked her boyfriend(that's what she'll think)and i won't blame her if she thinks that cause i'll be thinkin' the same thing.So ignore the temptation and keep a good friend.Good Luck Mua..

That depends on how much you value your friendship. If your friendship isn't that important to you, then the answer is yes; but if you really value your friendship, then lay off.
One important thing I've learned is to never ask your friend if you can date her ex, unless you want to get knocked out.
