I use baking soda toothpaste or just plain baking soda if I'm out. I also use the pre-rinse from Listerine (it doesn't taste like Listerine) and it helps whiten pretty fast. Then I use the whitening trays I had made at my dentist office once per week.
I've heard Rembrandt is good.

Crest White strips artwork tremendous. i have tried some distinct kinds of whiteners yet some are messy and others make my tooth smooth. There are distinct kinds of Crest White strips too. There are ones that you in reality desire to leave on for 5 minutes an afternoon.

Rembrandt works pretty well. Be careful of whiteners. Only use them AS DIRECTED or you may cause more harm than good.

none have worked that i have found. the whitening strips make my teeth SUPER sensitive and they aren't otherwise. talk to your dentist. there is a reason their whitening system is more expensive....because it is SAFEr and has better results.

you should see ur dentist and ask about the options because over thecounter products can just remove the enamel on ur teeth. Not worth it
