hah well im not a terrorist jeez, i want to build a hovercraft or flying car and rid the world of polluting cars and revolutionize the way we live.

If you want to get rid of pollution/congestion don't look to flying. I love to fly but know the most enviro-friendly transportation is mass transportation. Think trains, monorails, bicycles. Planes/helicopters/etc. don't get good gas millage unless a lot of people are on them. Look at Al Gores trips on his G-4 jet to promote his movie. He was dumping tons of carbon dioxide into the air for just a few people to jet-set around.
