Is it true if you're on an antibiotic for 24 hours you're not contagious?

I have bronchitus and I was given some medicine along with an antibiotic, after 24 hours of being on it...will i still be contagious?

take 3 days honey depending on the type of microbes! TB takes 3 weeks before you become non contageous! chicken pox, after the last crust fall off!

My doctor always says 24 hours with no fever and you are ggod to go.
