Of course we are winning the war. although the media enjoys telling you how badly we are losing, simply to bash bush, it is not the case. think about all of the progress we are making. about the lives we saved. about the democracy and role model country we are busy setting up in a war-torn and mislead area. the simple fact that it is proving dificult to establish a proper democracy inmediately is not an unexpected thing. it is normal actually, for a country to not stabilize for decades after a revolution or some such event. therefore, that we cannot yet enforce total peace in a country that was liberated barely 3 years ago from a man who callously oppressed the people for decades is no big surprise. i feel the united states, iraq, and the rest of teh free world are well on their way to a major success story. there is no doubt in my mind that this war has gone exceptionally well thus far, and will continue to do so in the future.

A good chess player can see that he is losing instantly and correct his strategy. That is the biggest difference between a chess game and what's going on in Iraq.
