it's my apartment and my brother lives with me.

he has a girlfriend.

she does NOTHING to contribute to the household, just comes over to "screw" my brother.

then, she just sits around and either watches TV or goes into MY room to get on the internet.

and, when i say that she needs to get out of my room, she just stares back at me with this disgusted face.

I WANT HER OUT OF MY PLACE!

First put a lock on your door to keep her out of your room. She has no business being there. If you can talk to your brother about boundaries in the apartment. If all else fails, tell your brother his share of the rent doesn't make up for her bothering you and then give him 30 days. Only use that as a last resort, though. Your brother is screwing her so he will probably choose her over you. Make sure you can handle that situation.

I don;t think you need get rid of her, just remind her whos room she's in ; ) why should the watching tv part annoy you? or that she "screws" your brother? I understand the your room, your internet part and you don't want her there. so just lock your door or make her leave your room (since asking doesn't work) : ) talking to your brother could help too.
ah, put a password on your computer, if she can't get on your computer what reason would she have to go in your room :D

I sense a bit of jealousy here. You wish you had a girlfriend who screws you and sits in your brothers room just to use the internet but doesn't give a rat's *** about your existence. That is what you feel isn't it. You really are attracted to her but can't tell her and you are sexually frustrated. That is why you want her out. How to get her out? When she is in your room, tell her NOT to watch America's Most Wanted that week....the topic will be unfound serial killers of women.

It's your brother who is disrespecting you. She's only following his lead. You need to tell your brother to find an alternate place to live, or at least an alternate place to "screw." How about her place?? Other than that, since she seems to have no shame in front of you, tell her that she is being obnoxious and un-ladylike, and you don't like it. And lock your room at all times when you're not there.

how about discussing this with ur brother ask him if he can spend some time at her place . remember try to be kind about this. then if he doesn't abide by your wishes maybe its your brother that needs to get his own place because he is not giving u respect.... in the mean time put a lock on your door. good luck step out of the problem and into the solution.

Maybe you should start locking your room door and if you don't have a lock, then get one. Then you and your brother should start discussing rules for your apartment. I'm sure you can come to terms with an agreement for certain days to have the apt to yourselves so its fair and all.

Keep peace with your brother.
You could install a lock of some sort on your door.
You could also password protect your computer.
You could also ask your brother to contribute more to the grocery or utility budgets

You need to sit them both down and establish what you've stated here. Tell her that she needs to contribute to YOUR household and NEVER come into your room. Tell them this that they can either do this or GET OUT of YOUR HOUSE and get their own house! BTW: Get a lock for your room or put them both out!

First tell your brother, if this doesn't work tell her she needs to get a health report card before she comes back. She will probably stay the he*l away.
