I believe she'll return, but she may be pregnant when she does! Most likely, unless, honestly, she has found an unneutered dog and another source of food, but its unlikely that anyone would just take another dog in and begin feeding it without trying to find the owner. It really depends on how long she's been gone, and the area you live in. I'd contact your neighbors and see if they know anything, and give it a week or so. She should return if you've had her for a while and treated her good. Hope this helps!

Yes she will come back after she mates. Thats the only thing own her mind when its that time of month. Some dogs actually have periods when they go into heat. They way you can tell when she is in heat when, she starts acting strange wanting to go outside, always looking outside, some howl and moan too. Sometimes you'll see some male dogs hanging around. Those are pretty good signs that your dog is in heat. I would still try to find her though, some dogs get stuck together when their mating for a long period of time. If you throw water on them it usually gets them apart. SHe should come back in a couple of days but still go find her.

Yes, she will most likely come back, maybe with a following of male admirers, and almost certainly with a belly full of babies. If she is a small dog, she may have been bred by a big dog and she will be in trouble. Best thing to do is to have her spayed.

She may come home but as you said that she was in heat she will more than likely be bred. How long has she been gone. You can watch out for several dogs hanging out together as every male dog that can get to her will be following agter her.

I easily have been working with a breed specific rescue team for the final 10 Years and it is human beings such as you that shop me and the different rescue team and shield busy. you do not understand sufficient to be breeding and would the two have your lady spayed or giver her up and raise corn for ethanol. it is evident which you have carried out no learn into what you're doing and the breeder that you acquire the canine would desire to have long gone to the same college you have. the only reason to reproduce a canine is for instruct and any respected breed would have made you sign a freelance to have the animal spayed in case you weren't going to instruct it to boot as knowledgeable you on the ins and out of breeding. There are thank you to many canine in this u . s . that prefer domicile and thanks to few residences.

she more than likely will come back unless someone has taken her in thinking she is a stray. put up posters contact your vet and let him know she has gone missing just in case he gets any calls hopefully she had her tags on to help identify her or better yet she could be microchipped. either way congratulations she is sure to be having pups soon :)

She will probably come back. You should put up posters for her, call your local animal control shelter, search for your dog, contact local radio stations (some will make announcements for you). When your dog does come back she may be pregnant !

I hope you actively look for her at the humane society and pound. Post flyers, talk to the neighbors (esp. the kids). When you find her, take her to the vet and get her fixed. We already have too many! homeless pets, so please do not add to this problem. Best wishes.
