Alot of that depends on how active you are- and what the climate is like where you live. Of course you don't want to drink so much water- that you have to go to the bathroom every half hour...-but you also don't want to drink so little, that you become dehydrated either. Perhaps an 8 oz glass ever other hour or so through the day- would be good, with more as needed if you're exercising or it's really hot out. Oh- & drink WATER, not soda. -It's one of the BEST things you can do for your body. No kidding!

should be 8 glasses a day or not less than 2 liters! drink more in a hot day or during summer!

1.5 litres is the recommended amount. Try and drink two glasses in the morning, two at lunchtime, two in the afternoon and two in the evening. Beats trying to drink all at once and giving up altogether.

eh i don't know i barely drink anything i drink soda but water is healthy for u so drink it i drink it when i'm really thirsty and i need something refreshing
