Yes, I'd say be on birth control and use a condom. Two is def. better than one.

So you are already saying there is no safe sex.
So no, there is no absolute, safe, sex. Unless of course you abstain (which isn't sex). However, if your definition of sex would include oral (some other forms also, but I will not mention them here) then 100% becomes a reality.
So what are you looking to obtain????
