how do I go about getting my license, from a parent taought course, cause i cannot do the normal driving schools, because of time issues

If you are over 18 years old, you don't need "driving class certificate" You will need three different kinds of identification though. Possibly you can take the drivers written test and drive car same day, - or you can then get a "learners permit". I had 2 grandsons that did test and got lisc. same day,- last year, but don't know how much things have changed by now!

If you are younger than 18, you better go and see the State Mvd (called DPS here).
