There is this guy "James" and his friend told me that "James" likes me, but he seems to be all over this other girl, 1 of my other friends. And my best friend really hates this guy. And I had a dream about us dating the other night. And 2 beat all we all ride the same bus!!! What should I do?

Well if your feelin him then ask him if he likes you the worst thing he can say is no.... What do you have to lose and if he does sat that hes not feelin you then don't worry about it.... Theres lots of other guy out there... Good Luck

Tell him that your friends isnt going to date him and that she doesnt like him. Tell him that you like him, and that you want to date him. If he doesnt like you, then theres not much you can do about it. Just keep trying! Good Luck!
