It happens all the time. Whether or not it could be labeled as right is another issue all together. My personal beliefs are to not be too quick to rush. The person is still primarily a stranger and you should be more cautious. It could turn out much more painful than the small moment of pleasure.
My mother always told me "Be careful what you ask for...you may get it".

Not a good idea. It's better to know the person. I've been screwed over too many times even without having sex. Make a relationship with the person first.

I don't think it's a good idea, especially if you don't want to spread disease. On the other hand, I DO NOT think it's OK to wait until you are married. You need to know if you are sexually compatible before you get married.
