The rash will go in streaks sometimes it really itches, and sometimes it doesnt. It seems to become active when i shower and scrub it or else if i sweat alot. I dont know if its diaper rash or what but it is spreading. I am just starting to put lotrimin AF on it to see if that helps. Any suggestions?

VERY unlikely to contract an STD from bedsheets. Next to impossible unless somone just left bodily fluids on the sheets minutes before they rubbed on a mucus membrane area of another persons body, in the case of most diseases it would have to be less time. The rash could be quite a few things that are very normal though. She should consult her doctor if she is concerned. It could be fleas or body lice but the rash probably wouldnt be so localized in that case. It isnt likely to be scabies since they usually enter the body in other places (like under the finger nails) and make lines not bumps, it might be chaffing if you engage in anal sex especially with a latex condom in this case the skin would look red, tender and dry as well as bumpy. poor hygiene is another possibility but since you are getting such a close look I hope you might notice that yourself. It could be hygine thats too good and she needs to change to a gentler soap down there. Could be from synthetic fabrics from her underwear or the soap or fabric softener that she washes her underwear in (sounds like a distinct possibility especially if she wears a thong). It could be shaving rash or ingrown hair from waxing. Also many people get keritosis pilaris around there and on the backs of their arms this is where your skin doesnt shed off as it should and is totally harmless and shouldnt be at all uncomfortable. If this is a big worry for you then maybe both of you can go get tested together, and dont forget to use a condom!

My husband uses corn starch on his buttocks and scrotum. He sweats a lot from the work he does, and used to get rashes all the time. He says it helps tremendously. It is cheap too. Just buy a box at the store in the baking isle.

you may get alot of answers here and get confused. The best thing to do and i think is the right thing to do - go and see the expert on skin ( doctor )

alternatively if you go to google just search put rash on buttocks and see what comes up.and see what relates to what you have got. Goodluck

Sound like a heat rash to me. Try using Johnson and Johnson Cornstarch powder a few times a day. It will absorb the moisture so the rash goes away. Don't use baby powder, make sure it is pure cornstarch

LOL Take a good shower. You have a rash because your around dirt or your dirty. I use to be a dancer and ,from doing lap dances, I use to get rashes on my *** all the time. Just wash your *** twice a day. Another good thing is to soak in rubbing alcohol and water, then get a rag and soap, and scrub the **** out of your entire body. Put bacitration on it after words!

You got ringworms; that's a common skin infection that "liberal buttwipers" get (wiping off the majority of the wipe but neglecting a morsel or two of brownage). In the future, use baby wipes and then use toilet paper and absorb all that moisture.

What's happening is that the sweat allows all sorts of microscopic critters the ecology to survive and reproduce. with all the "chunks of change" that probably reside within your butt hair follicles, no pun intended, but your bung hole is to these microscopic creatures a bit like a nice all you can eat buffet casino like the ones in Reno.

Simple ointment that treats ringworms will suffice. Then in the future, wipe it all off, capiche?

All politics aside, be a Conservative wiper. If you can, be a fascist wiper. Steam water bidets are the best to use to ensure a proper clearage of roughage. But typically, baby wipes, some witch hazel, combined with toilet paper will do the trick.

Good luck to you and may those unwelcomed refugees be sent off the naval base of your behind.

Try a diaper rash cream. It can't hurt.
