She's probably lying to you. Internet is Internet, no matter where in the world you are sending and receiving it.

It's amazing that anything woix! Especially from Italy! Would suggest you re-check all the standard things like the sizes of attachments, your connections & don't forget the occassional downtime of servers. You didn't specify enough information to render much more than this general response. Clarification should include history ~ has she EVER received you email? ~ & perhaps the system you are attempting ~ 'Outlook', 'OutlookExpress', 'Hotmail', 'Incredimail', 'GMail' etc ~
My friend has a 'full' inbox so I get 'Delivery Status Notices' to indicate that it failed to process ~ do you receive any of these reports? Try an 'alternate' address. Try sending from another computer at the library or internet cafe ~ perhaps you've got a glitch in your system. You should also allow for her system to be less than perfect. It must be maddenig but remember, it's all 'o's & '1's, ANY success is completely miraculous!

I live in Italy and correspond to the States regularly now without problems. However, it may depend on your daughters provider. I had to change because with my previous provider, virgilio.it, I lost A LOT of mail. Mine would either not reach my addressee or I would not receive e-mail sent to me. I now use yahoo and have haven't had this problem since. I suggest your daughter open a new account with another provider.

Maybe you haven't got her email address correct when emailing her...

How do you know that she isn't receiving them?
