Well I agree with the other person in saying ask the owners but lets just say they say OK and then don't do it, perfect world right? Anyway, I suggest get a squirt gun or water hose. When the dogs come in your yard spray them. First it don't hurt them and Second I promise that you won't have very many episodes of that. Also third if you think about it, you may have some fun with it.

You could buy an electric dog fence to put around the perimeter of your yard. It keeps dogs IN the yard, so it should keep dogs out as well. There is also a sonic fence. Ckeck out electric dog fence.com

Get a big, loud dog and leave it in your yard. If you don't like that option, maybe a fence.
There's also some spray to keep pets away from areas, but that could be expensive.

Cats will roam anywhere where there is food...either from you, your garbage or live food that they catch. They also like loose soil to defecate in, repeatedly...which takes moth balls to keep them out of your gardens, etc. Dogs are supposed to be tied up, all states have leash laws now. Check with the local authorities and report those who don't follow the law. Of course, I don't know what you're going to do with the neighbor's hamsters and parakeets...(you didn't mention why type of pets) lol...Good Luck!

put up a fence and marigolds in your garden (animals hate the smell). Call by-law office if they are really bothersome. They will take care of the owners. Where I live all dogs are to be on leashes as well as cats or not outside at all.

Ask the owners to keep them out or put up a fence. Any dog running unleashed can be picked up by the SPCA.

put up a fence to keep out dogs and the thing with cats is to never feed them or theyll insis on coming back even if u dont feed them anymore.
