All kidding aside, they will look back at least 3, probably 5 years. Anyone who looks at a smaller period of time is buying trouble.

There is no way to hide your driving record.You have to provide your drivers license and social security number.With those they can pull up your entire history.The rates are decided over the last 3 years other than D.U.I 's they last 10.Even if you give them the wrong info,they will re rate you when they find out,and you are going to have to make up the adjustment.

They all look back at least three years. If you can't show 3 years (new driver) you will be rated high risk.

They all go back at least 3 years for accidents and infractions and 5 - 10 years for serious crimes such as vehicular homicide and felony DUI
