For those who work in customer service..........?

Do you have a nasty customer story? I just put one in my 360 blog and it made me wonder about other's experiences.

I know what Mexican Shortie is talking about. I was on a flight once and I was stuck next to this funky guy who was holding his crying baby. He keep bouncing the baby up and down to try and stop him from crying. I had tears in my eyes from the stinch.

I'm a flight attendant supervisor and deal with the wrost customers on flights the worst ones are the ones that smell horriable and refuse to wash up or take free toilttries to freshen up with. then ppl are stuck on a plane reusing the same air dying of stinkiness. I hate those flights

hy gay partners steviie and davey hons, we work as nude waiters gay mens bar restaurants hons and the other day a older gentlemen(gay) and his younger friend(boy) looked like came in to the restaurant part(stevie here hons) and, sat downe and ordered a delminico steak, baked, and a cesarr saladd, and the boy i seear loked like he was about 14 or so, and i to the olldr gentlemans order and the boy said he needed more time, so i said okay went about waiting on other peoples tables, and one of the, other waiter told me look, some body is back bye the restroms neding to se you i said okay fine, wait on my stations. well low and behold iot was the 14 year old kid crying his eyes out and i tok him into the managers offices and he said look or kept saying i was raped and molestedd by that man iam with. so the management had me pooint him out his fod came up and kep tlloking all over for the kid he mlestedd and it turns out, was kidnapped and, was dragiing, him around from place to place why in publicc dont ask me.anyways one thing lead to another we kept the boy in the back room, it turns out the guy was a child molesterr and did cetain things to this 14 year old boy . we got a hold of the sherifs dept, dispatch center and they hauled the ollder guy off. hes in jail now the boy is home again, it turns out the boy was only i4 but loked older, for his age, i just thank the world i may have avedd the kids life in the end.

Imagine having to assist customers in trying on shoes & having to bend down in front of them to help place the shoes on their feet, & not only the foot odor, but odors from some when they're sitting with legs wide apart & don't wash regularly. I'm talking both male & female.

For those of us in customer service, facing nasty and unreasonable customers is part and parcel of our job. Good thing is that the mentioned group of customers are of the minority, most of our customers are nice; only that we tend to remember the bad instances. Enjoy them, they are the spices of life and make you better experienced (after handling them and turning them around).

I had a customer that wanted a coworker fired cause he said he would call her tomorrow when he forgot that he was going to be on vacation. Then she wanted me fired when I told her I did not have the authority to fire anyone.

oh yes so many so many.we own our own business and i get cussed out just because my husband can't get their when they won't i have be blessed out so many times..(were in heating and air)...
