It to me proves, God's word recorded history of the past and used codes as evidence that his word is true, he knows the future.his word is infallible. It is truly a intriguing subject.

I have seen several of the same "documentaries" and have read several books refuting the Bible code. As a matter of fact a cryptologist was able to pull out "predictions" from just about any other lengthy book. There is nothing unique in what they are doing and the "codes" don't mean anything.

First of all, where did you get that statistic about the number of editions?

This is an interesting theory, but severely flawed. Using the same esl technique that supposedly gave secret messages from god, Brendan McKay used "Moby Dick" to predict not only Indira Ghandi's assassination, but the assassinations of Martin Luther King, John F. Kennedy, Abraham Lincoln, and Yitzhak Rabin, as well as the death of Diana, Princess of Wales.

I think the best way to refute it would be to look for similar occurences in a completely secular work, like Tolstoy's War and Peace or Dicken's Bleak House.

It can't be refuted, but it could be a coincidence. When the same code is applied to "the old man and the sea" (or was it "moby dick"?), it predicts the Kenedy assassination. "What have you done to investigate THIS, and what is your view?????"

Why don't you go look at the other questions about this. Many people have refuted them. It's not too hard.
