The Civic is by far the best car from Honda. It looks striking with its contemporary,if not futuristic lines. The interiors are also treated to the same level of sophistication. The seats are supportive and comfortable for long journeys. The engine is a 1.8L unit with variable timing. This engine has a good balance between performance and fuel-economy. The car handles very well and the steering feel has been preserved in the Civic with the use of Hydraulic power steering unlike the Electronic Power steering used in the City(Which has an artificial play-station feel to it) The Civic has a ride that is very absorbant too. If you are a city dweller, please checkout the Automatic version also. It is efficient and has some exciting stuff like the paddleshifts (as in a Ferrari , Aston Martin or Lamborghini)behind the steering wheel. There is nothing in particular that you can find fault with. Only that you can afford the relatively higher maintainance cost.

Honda Civic has a good record of performance worldwide. The Indian version, newly launched looks awesome!!! Go for it.

Honda Civics are awesome cars, I've had mine for 10yrs and still runs like new...
As long as you give it regular maintenance, you can't go wrong.

it depends on the model ur looking at. the hybrids are costly and u have to wait like 5 years to save the same amount of money that u save on gas as u paid extra forthe dam car. also if the battery goes the ******* thing costs as much as the dam car. so yah they r real nice long living cars if u take care of it and pick whats right for ur needs.

belive me its the best car in town. its pedel shift transmision makes it the best. Its looks are fabulus & its engine is smooth. dude just gooooooooooo for civic

If you don't make too much money, it is a great car to start with.
When you get more money, you can get an upgrade.
