i think that guys would be flattered by it becuase of the fact that I think not that many girls have the courage to go up to a guy and say that. i say go for it, life is too short to sit back and just wonder what would have happened.

Well to be honest that would be completely impossible to answer because all guys are not the same. Some like girls to be forward while others like to be the ones to do the approaching. I say if you like someone let them know, you can never know if you don't put it out there. The best thing to do is talk to someone who knows this guy and let them tell you how he may react.

I have a neighbor who went to a company party and only one guy dared to come over to her and introduce himself and tell her she was cute. Everyone else there was an engineer and socially awkward. he was a salesman and outgoing. She married him. They had two kids. she realized that she was dedicating all of her time and energy to supporting him while he loafed around. she divorced him. That is how those stories often end.

Sure they do but why would u...You are showing your hand and thats not good...Then they can take advantage of the situation...Plus if u let guys know to much about your feelings at the begining then they might use u...I say be safe and just say hi

Sure. Not all guys know how to take a compliment gracefully, but we're all flattered by them.
Would you like it if a guy came up and said you were cute? Sure, as long as he wasn't creepy about it. It works both ways.

if you go and introduce yourself thats cool. if you want him to know he's cute send a friend to say it. "My friend Amy thinks your cute." (example)

U know everybodys different,
but that comes across as too flirty
and if you say it too strong its just sounds slutty

yes but dont act like you have been stalking them or someting cause thats how some guys act. they might think your weird so just play it cool
