Are there any specific excercises?

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.

On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.

Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Unfortunately, you cannot specify which area of the body you will lose fat from. When you lose weight, your body releases it in a genetically predetermined order. Some people tend to lose from the middle first, while others lose from the legs and thighs first. The best way to shrink your belly is to work on overall weight loss. Make sure you are doing cardio to burn calories, as well as eating a balanced and healthful diet. Don't neglect strength training to build muscle, too, as the more muscle you build, the better your metabolism will be - muscle burns more calories than fat!
You can - and should - also do abdominal work to tone the muscles in your belly area. Although you cannot spot-reduce fat, you can spot-tone your muscles. Your belly will look better as the weight comes off if you work on toning that area. Just keep in mind, you could have rock-hard ab muscles, but no one will know if they are hidden under a layer of fat! That's where diet and cardio are so important.

So many answers... dude you're very young. Don't say that "I am a student so I don't get time for anything". You have all the time. Eat whatever you want to. Just go outside in evening and play some outdoor games. Specially Football, Badminton, Cricket etc etc. Play as much as you can. Play football daily for an hour or two and you'll see the changes.

The best way to lose body fat, It's a question everyone asks. Forget the latest diets the basic rule is: dont eat more calories that your body uses. To gain wait (obviously) you have to eat more calories than your body uses. To mantain weight you need to eat the amount of calories your body uses. And to lose weight eat less calroies than your body uses. What does this mean? go on a healthy, balanced diet accompanied with plenty of cardio exercise (running, jogging, jump rope, etc) and that belly fat will soon be gone!
