Artichoke & Crab Dip
Serves 6
1 (1 oz packet) Ranch Flavored Dip Mix
1 (16 oz container) Sour Cream
1 (14 oz can) Artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained, chopped
3/4 CupImitation Crabmeat, rinsed, drained
2 Tbsp Pimiento, chopped
Instructions:
Combine dips mix with sour cream. Stir in artichoke hearts, crabmeat, and pimientos. Chill 30 minutes.
Serve with assorted vegetable dippers.

Beer Cheese Dip
Serves 6 (Makes 3 Cups)
8 oz Mild Cheddar Cheese, shredded
2 (8 oz pkg.) Cream Cheese, softened
1 (1 oz packet) Ranch Flavored Dip Mix
1/2 Cup Keystone Light (Beer)
1 Tbsp Green Onions, finely chopped, for garnish
1/4 CupMild Cheddar Cheese shredded, for garnish
Instructions:
Combine the cheddar cheese, cream cheese and dip mix in a medium bowl. Gradually stir in the beer and mix until well blended.
Garnish with green onions and additional cheddar cheese. Serve with assorted vegetable dippers.

Chalupa Dip
Serves 4
3 Avocados
1/2 CupMayonnaise
2 Tsp Lemon Juice
1 (1.25 oz envelope) Taco Seasoning Mix
1/2 TspSalt
1/2 Cup Green Onion, chopped
1/4 TspFreshly Ground Black Pepper
1 (14.5 oz can) Diced Tomatoes, drained
8 oz Sour Cream
8 oz Mild Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Nonstick Cooking Spray
Instructions:
Mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper until smooth.
In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning mix.
In loaf pan, line with plastic wrap and coat with nonstick cooking spray.
Layer cheese, sour cream, avocado mix, tomatoes, onions, and beans and chill for 2 hours. Invert loaf pan, and carefully remove plastic, for presentation. Serve with assorted vegetable dippers.

Fiesta Shrimp Dip
Serves 8 (Makes 2-1/2 Cups)
2 (4 oz cans) Shrimp, rinsed, drained
2 Tbsp Onion Flakes
1 Tsp Horseradish
3 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
2 Tbsp Scallions, thinly sliced
1/2 CupThousand Island Dressing
1/4 CupMayonnaise
Instructions:
Finely chop the shrimp, reserving a few whole shrimp for garnish. Combine the chopped shrimp with remaining ingredients except the green onions; mix well. Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl; garnish with green onion and reserved shrimp. Chill for 2 hours or until ready to serve.
Serve with assorted vegetable dippers.

Garlicky Clam Dip
Serves 8
1 (8 oz pkg.) Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 TspSalt
1/2 Tbsp Garlic Cloves, minced
1/4 TspFresh Ground Black Pepper
1 (6.5 oz can) Clams, drained and minced
1/4 CupClam Juice
1-1/2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tsp Lemon Juice
Instructions:
Add the garlic to the cream and blend until smooth.
Gradually add the remaining ingredients, blending until smooth. For thinner dip, add more clam broth.
Serve with assorted vegetable dippers.

Guacamole
Yield: 1 batch
3 Haas avocados, halved, seeded and peeled
1 lime, juiced
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 medium onion, diced
2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
In a large bowl place the scooped avocado pulp and lime juice, toss to coat. Drain, and reserve the lime juice, after all of the avocados have been coated. Using a potato masher add the salt, cumin, and cayenne and mash. Then, fold in the onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and garlic. Add 1 tablespoon of the reserved lime juice. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour and then serve.

1 (1.9 oz packet) Ranch Flavored Dip Mix
1 (16 oz. con't) Sour Cream
1 Cup Mild Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/4 CupBacon Bits
Instructions:
Combine dip mix with sour cream. Stir in cheese and bacon.
Chill at least 1 hour. Serve with assorted vegetable dippers.

For Tortilla Chips use this..........
MEXICAN TACO DIP:
1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese (softened)
1 (16 ounces) pint sour cream
1 package Taco Seasoning Mix
2 to 3 cups lettuce, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 (8 ounces) Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 small can olives, sliced, drained
Tortilla Chips
Mix together cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning mix and chill overnight. The next day smooth mixture in a pan. Top with lettuce, tomato, onion and shredded cheese and olives. Refrigerate to chill. Serve with tortilla chips.

CHILI CHEESE DIP
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 can (15 oz.) chili, any variety
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1-1/2 cups chopped tomato
1/3 cup sliced green onions
SPREAD cream cheese onto bottom and up side of 9-inch microwavable pie plate or quiche dish. Spread chili over cream cheese; sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
MICROWAVE on HIGH 3 minutes or until dip is heated through and cheddar cheese is melted.
TOP with tomato and green onions Serve hot with tortilla chips or NABISCO Crackers.

Here's a yummy dip to eat with frito's or tortilla chips: 1can of rotel, 2 packages cream cheese, any type of breakfast sausage( jimmydean) is fine. first fry sausage in pan when cooked add pacs. of cream cheese till melted then add 1 or 2 cans of rotel and mix well.

Oh yeah, i like French onion too. yet there are circumstances whilst i'm in the temper for honey mustard, ranch sauce, thousand island or salsa. i like love love potato chips with lotsa distinctive dips. Oh and those dips i discussed, I eat 'em with onion rings and fries too. Woohoo!

Why don't you try one container sour cream or yogurt (if you like healthy) and a package of Lipton onion soup mix, stir together wait about half an hour so onions soften. It is better with sour cream. You'll love it, with potato chips or crisps, or Frito corn chips (not Doritos).

hey there is a REALLY good spinach dip that calls for frozen creamed spinich, cream cheese and parmesean/monzerella cheeses and it is SUPER GOOOOOOOD! i am sure if u googled spinach dip you could find it... its SOOOO GOOOOOD!
