Oh come on guys. You can easily see he meant it as a gentle wind up to provoke a bit of reaction!! I wear high heels because I like the look of them, and I'm sure anyone else is welcome to do the same.
Interesting comments though. Thanks for bit of a laugh ;-)

Very much so. I would introduce a penalty system much like we have for speeding offences, the shorter the heel the more points and the higher the fine she gets.
We should place 30 day bans on women from going outdoors who get a certain number of points, forcing them to wear electronic tags to make sure they don't leave the house and learn their lesson. However, a judge should look at extenuating circumstances, if she is particularly good looking then forcing her to remain indoors would be robbing men of eye candy, so he should have the discretion to reduce the ban to 14 or 7 days, or none at all. On the other hand, if she's a moose, 60 or 90 day bans need to be imposed, by the same thinking.
I'd also want the electronic tags to be made as prominent as possible, they should be made to walk around in them even after the housebound period has elapsed, we need to know who the troublemakers are.
Also, I talked this over with my girlfriend and she wants to add another offence - wearing high-heels when a woman is fat. I agree with her, the heel only makes a bad calf look a lot worse, so the reverse system should apply, cows need to wear flats OR better yet, cover themselves up.
Certain sectors frown upon women wearing trousers to work, but if the law stepped in and made blubber legs an offence to society in the eyes of the law as well as to good taste, they could go to interviews wearing trousers and not be penalised for incorrect dress. Fat chicks shouldn't get the job anyway if there are equally qualified and experienced fit chicks available, but I want the law to work for the RIGHT reasons.

Not all men prefer high heels, I do but short arsed little buggers look stupid if their bird towers above them so they like flat shoes and train their women to stoop by making them carry the shopping.

I think it should be an offence for men to have beer bellies and B.O. Women are really offended by that!
If this high heel law was passed... it should be equal equality. Woman have to wear them, then so should the men.

hahaha!! No not an offence - but it would be nice to see women wearing smart shoes ..with heels... In my office there is too many "Coffee Mum's" wearing Nike's and Slippers at work.. It makes them slouch & they look un- proffesssional.

Flats are more comfy for teachers. I think some men should learn how to spell (or use spell-check) since women preFer men with brains.
