Go to the doctor. But it would cause you to have a lose of hearing.

i busted an ear drum. Here's how i could tell.
------anoying ringing in my ear.
------really really bad sharp pain in your ear.
------Sorta dubbed hearing in that ear.

Go to your doctor quick if you want to hear again.

When mine broke, it felt like someone kicked me in the side of my head... except the pain lasts. My ear quickly filled with fluid. When I talked, it sounded like I had a bucket on my head.

Extreme pain and you would lose your hearing in that ear.
