As it is a transfer to the English language from Hebrew, it is spelled phonetically, and different strokes for different folks. It is the same thing.

It's only a transliteration. Spelling is not important -- it's phonetics. I would say the first one is more correct as the words have an "ahhhh" ending.

the the reason why some people write the H is because in Hebrew it has a hay on the end of those words, but in Hebrew grammar the hay at the end of the word is silent.
