We actually did see this twice! The first time was on the bus, you couldn't see the guys face , but he had IT out and was going to town, so i said OMG LOOK! So half the bus was at the windows OMGing. The second time we were walking and this guy was cruising the strip, later we saw him in his car doing the deed and we made a loud comment and laughed histerically. He sped off. Good times.

if i was in a car, i'd drive right up next to their car and press my "panic" button on my keys ~hilarious!!!!! (if it was a guy, anyway.) if it was a girl, well... i'd do the same thing.
