The Wilfredo Gomez who fought Carlos Zarate was in his Prime, The Manny Pacquiao who destroys Lehlo Ledwaba somewhat Powerful but Raw.
The Fight happens in 122 I would Pick Gomez by 12th round TKO, but Both Fighters would Trade Knockdowns but the Young Pacquiao would Eventually Tired Down by the Punches of the Greatest 122 Pounder in the history of the Sport.
But if the Fight Happens in 130 which Pacquiao shows no Diminishing of power when he move up I would Favor Pacuiao by an 11th round TKO.
The differnce between Pacquiao and Gomez,
when Gomez move Up in weight he did not brought his power with him but he relies more n his boxing skills which also makes him Legendary.
While moving up In weight Pacquiao shows no sign of a deteriorating power while improving his boxing skills as shown in his last fight with Larios.
Ture, Morales is aging when Pacquiao Face Him, but I can not say the same with Barerra.

Good question, horrible match up. There wouldn't be much of a fight here. Let's say the fight is 15 rounds, Wilfredo wouldn't need but 8 to stop Manny. Wilfredo would figure out Manny's mad rushes and straight left hand by round 2.
Manny is so one demsional, he can not fight going backwards and Wilfredo would have surely backed him up. Manny has beaten only two fighters with marque names Barrera and Morales but both are at the end of their careers, thanks to eachother. Manny had a young Marquez down three times in the first round of their fight and couldn't put the young lion away and he had nothing but problems once Marquez figured out his style and even with the three knock downs he still only got a draw.
Wilfredo fought the better competition and was much more of a complete fighter all the way around.
Thanks for the question Clark K.

Wilfredo Gomez is the perfect junior featherweight of all-time. it is a guy who received the WBC junior featherweight identify, made a whopping 17 defenses of the belt, triumphing all of those fights by making use of KO. He beat Dong-Kyun-Yum to win the identify in 1977 (in only his seventeenth specialist strive against) and through his reign made useful defenses hostile to Royal Kobayashi, Nicky Perez, Derrik Holmes (whom Gomez knocked down a whopping 8 circumstances) the finished Carlos Zarate, Juan Meza, and Lupe Pintor (in between the perfect fights, ever). His in reality loss throughout his reign changed into hostile to Salvador Sanchez in an sick-fated attempe to win Sanchez' WBC featherweight identify. Gomez changed into knocked down interior the first round and proceeded to take a severe pummeling for the most suitable seven rounds, before being KO's interior the eighth. He also received titles at featherweight and junior light-weight. At 122, no one beats Gomez, and this incorporates Pacquiao. Gomez had an excellent chin (fantastically at 122. on the better weights his chin changed into weak). Pacquiao ought to little doubt get some tremendous photos in yet he'd be eating up lots of the Bazooka's proper fingers and ought to probable be stopped in a minimum of 13 rounds.

All out war and very dramatic fight between two gladiators. Both are hard punchers but I give the edge to Gomez in the power department. I can see both men being rocked or even knocked down during this fight and momentum swings. I see Gomez countering Pacquiao right hand with a vicious left hook forcing the referee to halt the contest in the 11th round.
