I omit the water and add milk. Keep the same amount of oil and eggs. Don't over beat the batter. This should not only give you a fluffy cake but an extremely moist cake.

try not to overmix it that makes cakes tough.....it is ok to have a few lumps in it they bake out...i just mix my cakes just til the ingredients are mixed together and do it by hand...

ok soft = more water
fluffy = more flour..but there's a secret ingredient..baking soda.. you wont taste it in the cake but it'll make your cake fluff up..
