Spam is junk email. Luncheon meat is delicious with mayo, mustard, some lettuce, and a ripe tomato on soft white bread.

spam is the name brand and luncheon meat is not. Spam tastes better and luncheon meat does not.

Spam is a brand name for a product made out of ham (many people think it's "mystery meat" though). Lunch meat can be beef, turkey, chicken, ham, honey-glazed, meqsuite roasted, etc.

Chopped pork shoulder meat with ham meat added.
Salt (for binding, flavour, and firmness)
Water (to help in mixing)
Sugar (for flavour)
Sodium Nitrite (for colour and as a preservative)
Yum yum!
and sandwich meat is pretty much what you see is what you get except for some preservitives
