My now ex told me in an email yesterday that his friends took him to a bar, and he met at gay guy. They fooled around, and he had lots of fun I guess he had anal intercourse with him. He didn't tell me who started the fooling around. It took that to make him realize he was gay. He was a sweet prince when we dated last November, but the last few months he's been worse than a frog, making rude comments about women, thinking women are nothing but trouble. He took me for granted instead of appreciating me. Heck, it got to the point I can't be around him without him wanting to make sexual remarks about how hot certain women are on TV. He even admitted to me a couple months ago being at a concert and thinking about how he wanted to f-ck this one female performer. He showed no signs that he was gay. He even got it BAD for Madonna! Should I be greatful it was a guy and not a woman he left me for? How do I cope with this? I paid for more dinner than him. Even treated on Valentine's Day.

I have seen a few married friends with kids have this happen - pretty close to home too, so I struggled with the why & how. It is not easy for someone to "come out" and a lot of the young and unsure will overcopensate so no one would know. Also - there is gray area in sexual attraction, it is not always totally gay or stright, so it may not have been a total act when he was with you. Reverse the situation. You have an attraction to women. If you say it you aren't getting voted most popular - heck you aren't even welcome in the locker room or the lunch table. So maybe it would be best to try guys - maybe they will grow on you - maybe you don't want to admit your attraction to yourself. You give it you best shot, but at sometime the true you will come through.
Pretty tuff to deal with - so have compassion and don't take it personal.

I am so sorry for you, you been betrayed and lied to. Try not to dwell on what has happened and keep as busy as possible, if you feel really hurt, maybe even go for a few sessions with a counselor, it can not hurt. In time you will feel better, yes I know that what everyone says, here is what they do not say and this is true as well you will never completely forget the pain...

Most likely he's lying so he doesn't have to tell you he wants to break up with you. But don't push him on it. He's not worth your time if that is the case.
In fact the only part of your post that makes me think he might be gay is "He even got it BAD for Madonna"

I'm not one to give shallow answers but....find a new man? It doesn't sound like he was that great of a BF when he acted straight anyway. I mean you yourself said that he took you for granted..most guys do that btw...the have to make a concious effort....anyway, sorry for ranting...you deserve better!

it lokks like he's the 1 who needs 2 come 2 terms with hisself, if he ****** another guy then he's gay and nedds 2 start attmiting it. and u don't need 2 worry about him move on and let him handle his own personal problems.
