What if... at the same time as Kate Smith regarded in human being to sing "God Bless united states" at Flyers' video games, they rolled out the carpet for her to face on interior the Flyers' end so as that they couldn't skate round. Mike Bossy had received an analogous protection from the league that Wayne Gretzky were given, and performed two decades too? Dale Hunter in no way less expensive-shotted Pierre Turgeon interior the 'ninety 3 playoffs? Mike Milbury in no way had some thing to do with the Islanders?

This is a hard question and it took some time to think about it but I felt like that the other day at the zoo. A woman was in front of me and her two girls were fighting over what seat to sit in on the stroller. The woman started to dicipline the older girl and when she started to cry she slapped her hard against the girls face. I usually get to my sons eye level, get his attention and tell him what he needs to do, no hitting no yelling and most of the time he does it, the other times he is to tired or hungry to listen so i give him the benifit of the dought since it was my fault for not getting food or putting him to sleep at his appropriat nap time.

My son (7 months) and I had a rough day, my cousin (5 years) lives with us too. Later that night I was watching a movie and my son started crying. I went in to get him and there was Caleb (my cousin) trying his best to nicely calm him down. He told me, sorry they had been such bad boys that day. I couldn't help but take both of them into my recliner and hold them as they fell asleep.

Yeah! my daughter seeing me drinking a glass of beer.
Asked me what it was. I replied dads drinking a beer. She then frowned and said whats that on the top. Pointing to the froth,
i replied that's called the head.
To which she then exclaimed, does that mean the brown bit is the legs!
Still makes me grin ten years later.

I try hard to instill morals and a sense of right and wrong in my daughter. A couple of years ago she made me a mothers day book. It was all drawn cartoons with words in the bubbles. She had me down perfectly with all my things I try to teach her. I laughed so much and also knew she was listening! I still have that book. I'll never get rid of it. (-:

While loading a truck with wood on a Saturday. My son (16 at the time) was not working hard at all. I refrained from complaining, and started moving little pieces of wood one stick at a time taking little weak steps. He started laughing and said, "OK dad you made your point"
We finished up the job and had a nice day together.

When my 10 year old son wrote some very encouraging words in a birthday card he was giving to an uncle. i have always tried to teach my kids to build people up, and encourage them. I was so proud of him, and known I had done well in teaching him.
