i have m.e and have difficulty dealing with daily life. ive gone from active to burnt out. any help appreciate

the gp wont refer me for a diagnosis as it is a condition that some doctors refuse to recognise so im stuck in a rut. ive had to give up my position of employment, my independence and basically my life has changed dramatically. does anyone know where i can get help to manage this condition.
