For some this is a matter of perception. I understand your comparison. And yes, there are those that would call themselves Christian but would secretly or not so secretly wish the death of Muslims in general.
The real difference I see is the frequency and intensity of way too many Muslims behaving this way. I believe certain leaders are instigating this but without textual support you would not see such a strong emotional reaction.

i dont know Tommy, have yo useen the new documentary called Jesus Camp? where children are taken to a camp where theyre trained to be come warriors fro christ? even decked out in camouflage and face paint, with sticks?
i see many similarities between muslim extremists and christian extremists. the only major difference is that the muslim extremeists have alredy started blowing themselves up, im sure in time the christians will too.
